Im whynotgonatural. 

I started my natural hair journey in 2017 from getting perms and went fully natural from slowing cutting of my relaxed ends (wasn’t comfortable enough with my length to do a big chop) in 2020. Now in 2021, I am fully natural and on a new journey on learning how to retain my length. I started my Instagram page: whynotgonatural, oddly while I was relaxed and had no intention of actually going natural. It was just a page I created to share other people’s experience being natural and a place to post pictures of my obsession as a product junkie. Things changed and it became a place I would share my struggles, things I learned, and a place to get advise from you guys about my natural hair. But, as the page grew by my surprise it started to help other people with their natural hair journeys… and I guess that leaves us off here, today writing this short summary for this website to introduce myself. I hope this website is helpful for you and allows you to start the process of how to love your beautiful natural hair.
